- What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
- A guided walk through the medina, a hammam, a cooking class and a sunset in the Agafay Desert cover most people's first visit. After that it is the day trips: Ourika Valley, the Atlas Mountains, Ouzoud Waterfalls and Essaouira, plus a hot air balloon flight at dawn.
- Which area is the best base?
- Almost everyone stays in Marrakech itself, either in a riad inside the medina or a hotel in Gueliz, and every area on this site is reachable from there. Only the Sahara needs a night away.
- How far in advance should you book?
- A few days is enough for most things. Balloon flights, Agafay dinner camps and small-group cooking classes are the exceptions: they sell out a week or more ahead in spring and autumn.
- Why do prices differ between websites?
- The same operator lists on GetYourGuide, Viator and Civitatis, and each platform sets its own margin. The trip is identical. That gap is what this site exists to show.
